Loving 1-800 Flowers for Mother's Day

I love Mothers Day because I love spring, and I think that Mother's Day kind of signifies that. I also love my mom very much and I know that she really enjoys getting flowers on this holiday that is meant just for her.

My mom really enjoys sunflowers, tulips and small ferns that she can keep on her kitchen windowsill. I think being able to see flowers every morning while you're getting ready in the bathroom or making breakfast in the kitchen.

What are you getting your mother for Mother's Day? Does any one get their mother a present besides flowers? If I'm able to visit my mom, my brother and I usually take her out for lunch or dinner.

Craving a Shasta Pool in the Nicer Weather

Now that spring is coming, it makes me get more excited for Summertime to come. I love Spring and Summer-- the weather is so nice and I get to wear all of my 'cute' clothes.

Since we have a swimming pool at our apartment complex, I like to go swimming often. However, I know many homeowners who have their own Shasta Pools that allow them to go swimming in their backyard without having to share it with anyone else.

The Shasta Pools company started in 1966 and has since expanded to have a large user base in Arizona (they are currently the number 1 pool builder there). I totally understand why so many people have Shasta Pools installed in their backyards-- the weather can get almost intolerably hot there and a pool would be a great relief.

About Jerry Murdock Insurance

I was recently looking around for new insurance for a lot of reasons-- my fiancee and I needed renter's insurance, car insurance, AND insurance for my new engagement ring.

I came across Jerry Murdock Insurance's page and it had some great information. Jerry Murdock Insurance is the co-founder of Insight Venture Partners and I believe his business is based in Georgia. Before working with Insight Venture Partners, he also founded Aspen Technology Group. It's no question that he likes creating venture businesses.

From a google search, it looks like Jerry is pretty involved online. He has a twitter account and keeps all of his online profiles updated and current. This is an important thing when you are trying to build a good presence online.

Anyway, unfortunately, we didn't decide to work with Jerry Murdock Insurance on getting our new insurance, but he seems to be an educated man with a lot of answers about insurance.
